Pathetic lousy service

Lousy service!!!!! I purchased items on the 12th Dec for an early Christmas dinner that we have at home. Only to receive 2 out of 3 items I had ordered. 1 of the 2 items was incorrect it was an Afrikaans book I cannot even read Afrikaans. i logged my query and it was a back and forth until eventually I was advised to return my products at the pick up spot which I ended up returning everything because their return was for the item I never received. Now they have concluded my return of the item I didn’t receive and credited my account but the other 2 items that I returned have not been credited like what nonsense is that? None of my emails are rep**** to even when I keep querying what is going on???? I am never buying from them after this !!!!!! Very pathetic
