Pathetic, irresponsible, rediculous customer service

It's about the Ref # Ref # RRN-e97f-c6d8. No action being taken. I have returned the product, I neither received a refund nor the product being sent back to me. I am supposed to receive a refund as the item is still under warranty and take-a-lot can't expect the customer to keep the original packaging always. I spoke to a customer care executive during the 2nd week of December 2020 and he confirmed that the refund is initiated on this. I am shocked to see a negative reply for one of the emails that I had sent on this. Please note, I have returned the product on 01-Dec-2020 and till now I neither received the product nor the refund. And also note, I am not in Cape Town, South Africa, I have come to my home country i.e., India for holidays and will be here for another 3 months. There won't be any one at my home to collect the product in South Africa. By any law, I should receive a refund as the product is still under warranty. Expecting a speedy and responsible resolution on this. There is a limit to test the patience of the customer. It's almost 2 months yet the issue has to be resolved.
