Pathetic horrible worst ever

<p>Long list of MANY, MANY, MANY issues with this company. They truely are pathetic. The latest is delivering the wrong product, not responding to emails, not exchanging the product for the correct one, asking me to do their job for them, then when I eventually just want my refund and get this over and done with I get absolutely NO replies. I am now storing their product (for which I should actually charge them, as I am not their storage facility). I actually just want to throw it away, as they obviously have no interest in collecting their things. And I obviously want my money back and should they want their product back, they can pay me for storing it. I have also lodged a complaint with their industries ombudsman. So sick and tired of ALWAYS getting horrible service. There are ALWAYS issues!</p>
