Pathetic, got a dispenser without the lid, NEVER got the lid, they came to collect product

Pathetic honestly, I ordered 2 dog bowl dispensers as I was going away for 2 weeks and needed to make sure my babies would have food and water. 1 week before I informed Takealot that I received 2 dispenser and one bowl....! A lady informed me to "go a return" so I could somehow get the replacement in working order. I returned the product. I was then told "sorry we are out of stock, you have been credited" - this did not help me at all!!! I needed the product, was told i could get the product...so? I am not sure if the people are stupid, the process is messed up or???? This is pathetic!
