Pathetic

I returned my daughter's faulty headphones, but they refused to repair them, claiming the damage was due to wear and tear. They demanded my home address for delivery,despite my dissatisfaction with their service. I suspect they’ve thrown the headphones away, as they had threatened to do so if I didn’t provide a delivery address.
