Pathetic Ervice From Takealot

I played an order on 2nd March for a Blu52 sparkle gel block and the description said 20x80g in a box. When delivered there was only 1. I advised them and they could not fulfill the order as there was no stock from that supplier and told me to do a new order via eft and they will refund me inclu. Delivery the 2nd time. I received the new order yesterday and still there is only 1 instead of 20. How difficult is it to pack a box according to the description of what I ordered? My pool is green and I have been wasting airtime and calling the call centre and being promised they would get back to me but no joy, as well as no refund as promised. Just pathetic order #***3
