Pathetic Delivery System

Absolutely pathetic delivery team! Every time I am supposed to receive an order they decide to 'fail' the delivery for various reasons. I have had multiple orders fail because they can't find my address without phoning to sort out the issue. A notification of failed delivery is only given after the delivery hours, forcing you to reschedule and waste another day waiting around to hopefully receive your order. I think the shopping experience on takealot is excellent but this ongoing delivery issue is a huge deterrent.
