PATHETIC DELIVERY SERVICE -OVER 3WEEKS & NOTHING

Absolutely shocking service….2 items purchased one for someone in hospital and the other for my spouse for Valentine’s Day…..

Neither have been delivered after 3 weeks at a location they have regularly delivered too in a small town. On two occasions they have delivered them to different town 250km away that doesn’t even have the same name. Now one has been lost/****** and the poor girl in question has already been release from Hospital over a week ago and still doesn’t have her gift. As for my spouse getting her gift for Valentine’s Day….what are the chances!???
