Pathetic Delivery Service from Take-your-money, I mean Takealot!

Hi!

2nd identical incident of pathetic service received from Takealot's Delivery Team. First one regarding my Superbalist order and now Takealot themselves. Order placed and paid 22nd December 2020. Order status reflects since 23rd December 2020 shipped, in transit from Takealot to courier company in Kempton Park. Today is the 2nd January 2021, not so much as a sms or email nkr any other means of communication received from Takealot regarding my order's delivery. This is a present and I have so disgusted with Takealot's Delivery services that pathetic is putting it kindly. Gone are the days of great service from Takealot. Such a shame..
