Pathetic Delivery Service

I often order from takealot amd have had no issues in the past until yesterday. I ordered a smart box worth R600, received an sms to say it would be delivered yesterday before 5, I made the necessary arrangements to be available till then, only to find out that someone else had received my package and had opened it. The person contacted me to confirm if it's my package which I did and until now he has not contacted me again. I am very irate and disappointed with the service received by takealot. They are negligent and irresponsible. I paid alot for my item to be and to have it delivered to someone else is disgusting. I have had packages delivered to me at home so its not like they don't have my address. I have contacted them and demanded my package be picked up from the incorrect address and delivered to me today but no response thus far.
