Pathetic delivery service

It's the 1st time I get to order from Takealot and I must say, the service is pathetic, terrible with the word "TERRIBLE" in caps! I placed my order in the 1st week of December and every week, twice in a week, all I get from Takealot is: We are sorry to let you know that your order is delayed and estimated delivery date has changed to so and so. I mean for something which could have been delivered in a matter of days, it takes them a month! I must say, I will never use Takealot and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Their service s*cks big time! And there's not even the right platform to get your money back.
