PATHETIC DELIVERY SERVICE!AND WORSE RETURN SERVICE

I placed an order using the mobile app. Delivery was suppose to arrive latest 2 days after placing the order. The status of the order every single day has been \scheduled for delivery\" but it has never arrived. 6 days after I decided to cancel the order as waiting indefinitely is obviously ridiculous. Now the delivery company keeps calling to collect \"the return\" ????? They want to collect something from me that has never even been delivered. Different people from MrD keeps calling with different things to say so there is absolutely no proper internal communication.If they couldn't deliver on time imagine how long the return is going to take, and I'm sure the refund will take forever as well since this is dragging on for a week now. I will definitely follow up and make sure I get my refund and will not bother using takealot again. <br> <br> The first time I ordered from takealot I received the incorrect item and then it became my issue to go through the returns process which I didn't bother doing, as I am not the one in the wrong.
