Pathetic delivery service

<p>I've been a customer of takealot for a very long time. I used to be very happy with the service I recieved. But since November of last year the delivery service is pathetic. When I ask for the parcels to be delivered to my works address they make me run around in the parking lot because they're to lazy to look for the office. So this time I decided to have it delivered to my home. Needless to say that was an even worse idea. They only delivered half of my package and then when I called them I was promised that skynet would call me back and arranged that my parcel be delivered to the office. I never got a call and they tried to deliver to my house. Then I got useless blame shifting from the takealot call center and skynet. Needless to say I am not impressed and I'm reconsidering using your services. I've never had any complaints with loot</p>
