Pathetic delivery service.

From their switch from Fastway to their own delivery service things have been horrible. I ordered a package, it was scheduled for delivery within two days. "Wow", I thought, "That was fast". Only to be met with two confused delivery guys that didn't know where my package is. They called their headquarters, but received no help in regards to where my package could be. They left, and I got a notification that my parcel was "lost in transit, delivery to be rescheduled". I had to make arrangements to be available to receive my package. Now I have to do so again for whatever day they decide to "find" my package and deliver it. Pathetic. I will look at other places before I rush to takealot the next time I am thinking of buying something.
