PATHETIC DELIVERY SERVICE!!

No product delivered, no call from the driver.Now i get an email from Takealot saying they have credited my account to use for my next purchase. My parcel left the warehouse on the 10 November. I sent emails daily querying as to why the driver kept saying I'm unavailable.I stayed at work an hour past my normal hours waiting for the package only for the driver again to say I'm unavailable without trying to contact me.This is absolutely unacceptable.As a first time buyer this has been a ********** experience and i will not be using takealot EVER AGAIN. Please send me details for a full cash refund.
