Pathetic delivery service

I placed a order with takealot on the 6/08/2023 and still havent recieved it? I recieved a order I placed with Shein within one week? How can something I ordered from China only take a week to get and something I ordered from takealot (expected delivery 16/08/2023) take 10 days? Pathetic service! Will most definately not order from them again, cant wait for Amazon to launch here. Goodbye talealot
