Pathetic Delivery Process and Service by Takealot

This is the second order back-to-back where Takealot failed to meet our agreements we have made in arrangements to delivery of items in a timely manner.

You may find attached the previous incident where your team delivered my package to the wrong person and stated I signed for it which I did not as I have proof of access and cameras no Takealot courier was here. After a big fight and allowing you to rectify the issue by refunding me, you again went back on your word and rather delivered the parcel post 17:00 that day apologizing etc. etc. and I accepted it.

Now again, spending thousands of Rands and specifically asking for Next day delivery my order was Late without apology or letter stating delivery date has changed and upon that you split my order and even now I still am yet to receive the goods already paid for in full.
