Pathetic delivery delays

I placed and paid for order ***7 on 5 June 2020. Delivery was supposed to take place today (11 June). Then there was a delay because of a book I ordered and delivery date was due Monday 15 June 2020. I get a notification today that delivery has been delayed once again because of the Devils Peak that I ordered. Delivery date is now 22 June 2020. This is unacceptable! Surely you can get the beer anywhere. It is going to be almost 20 days that I have to wait for an online order. I placed an order online with Takealot so I do not have to go and stand in lines and risk getting sick. However you are taking so long that I will rather go and stand in the lines as that will be much quicker. I WANT A REFUND IMMEDIATELY SO I CAN GO TO THE SHOPS AND BUY THESE PRODUCTS!!!!!
