Pathetic Delivery and Service

they went and messed with their delivery service. Now packages that normal was delivered at max 2.5 days now takes more than a week to be delivered because they decided to start using 3rd party couriers.

They are full of excuses. The service you now receive from Takealot is full of excuses and pathetic! They expect people to buy from them but yet you have to wait forever for in stock items to be delivered!

First go read comments on their facebook page about all the unhappy customers before you decide to buy anything from them!

I am not used to this slacking service from Takealot. And if this continues it won't be worth it buying anything from them anymore because you are going to wait forever and only get excuses as a response.

So frustrated by their changes. They should not have messed with a system that worked.
