Pathetic customer support service for items not included in order.

The service from TakeAlot is absolutely shocking of late.

My order was delivered and an item was missing from it. I brought this under the attention of TakeAlot, which kept on pushing me to Log a "return" as per "their policy". I am unable to do this as the item which they forgot to pack is listed as 1. "non-returnable" and 2. was not even included in the package delivered.

Correct procedure would be to investigate the matter and then come up with a solution to rectify either via a credit to the account or delivering the item.

When one takes payment for an item and do no provide the item/provide a credit.....that is ********.
