Pathetic Customer Service On Facebook

I shopped the daily deals and was confused about the mystery credit so I popped over to Facebook because that's where I saw the advert and decided to message and find out about the mystery credit then I get a response regarding ********** competitions no relevance to what I messaged about anyways I messaged again and was ignored. I've purchased a few times from Takealot and it saddens me that as a customer I can be just be ignored. Please Takealot teach your social media team about customer service. #SouthAfricanBusiness
