Pathetic customer service from Takealot.com

I ordered Bluetooth wireless earphones and paid for these on 8 October 2022. To date these earphones haven't been delivered to me. There expected delivery date stayed outdated on their map on more than 1 occasion and there was no indication to me, as the customer, when the earphones would be delivered. Had I known that it would take almost a month for the product to be delivered, I wouldn't have purchased this item. I raised the issue with them via e-mail and this led to further frustration instead of resolution. I was shoved from pillar to post with dealing with more than 6 different officials from Takealot who each kept giving me false promises that the delay was going to be resolved, however it is only when I called their support line that I was informed that all that these 6 plus officials were doing to "resolve" the long outstanding issue was to send back and forth e-mails to there warehouse quering the delay. Nobody bothered to pick up the phone to call the warehouse. I feel **** to as a customer. I don't feel valued at all. My query was given no attention and I received no meaningful feedback on a lengthy delay. Please use reputable companies instead of this one. I will be using Amazon from now on. They have broken my trust in their services. Truly pathetic customer service.
