PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR RETURNS

I returned 2 wifi solar cameras as these were mistakenly delivered instead of sim card solar cameras. I was only credited for 1 of these cameras. They cost R2000 each. After nearly 2 weeks of reaching out and logging 3 queries , "Talita", "Aaron S" and "Chad" all sent one automated email each to me and then have not responded to my follow ups for 8 days. Absolutely PATHETIC cusomer service. I am R2000 out of pocket and no one is even responding to my emails. A
