Pathetic customer service

I have spent the last month begging Takealot for items that I paid for.

I purchased a 6 pack of 1 Litre ice teas from takealot as part of a larger order. They sent me 1 single Ice Tea instead of 6. I drank the one and called takealot to enquire about the other 5. They are insisting on collecting the 1 that I already drank. Even though I have explained this they have sent a driver 3-4 times to collect absolutely nothing. Each email goes through to a new consultant whom all seem like they just need to reply for stats purposes and not actually help. I have been sending back and forth emails since the 13/12/2020 and asked to speak to a manager numerous times. None of the consultants seem to read the full thread of the email and instead repeat the same questions that have been asked. Either refund me or send me what I ordered. It shouldn't be that difficult.
