Pathetic customer service

Pathetic service, my concerns was just brushed off after I raised requests on 3 occasions on the estimated delivery. I was told by their service consultant that I dont need to worry my delivery is on the way. 10 days later and 3 follow ups from my side and guess what??? My parcel is not delivered in time.
