Pathetic customer service

I enquired about an item which was no longer working as expected, and was advised that the item is still within warranty. I logged a return (MRRN-N58M9-898B ) on 23 Feb. It was collected and arrive at the evaluation facility on 26 FEB 2022 . I kept enquiring for feedback and eventually on 10 Mar 2022, the status is updated to Return Cancelled. No reason given at all. Support responds to say they'll ask the warehouse to update the status. Nothing has been updated and today i'm informed the return will be sent back to me. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is for Sasha-Leigh.V, the only one who bothered to respond to me in 10 days.
