Pathetic customer service

I would give zero stars to takealot! I purchased a foldable table which had a 12 month warranty which the consultant Trust.R TOTALLY DISREGARDED! The table begun to warp..as usual they refuse to have it replaced. They then send the table to another address on my profile which is such INCONVENIENCE without asking! This is the 2nd big product I've purchased from takealot which was pathetic quality. They refuse to post my reviews as well which is why I decided to post on Hello Peter instead
