Pathetic Customer Service

Just want to mention that the Customer Service from Takealot is beyond pathetic. I logged 2 Queries almost a Week ago, the one Query was responded to with question that have nothing to do with the Query and the Other has yet to be responded too.

Takealot also seems to have turned into a Book store as lately when you search an item all you get are books, especially when trying to search DVD Titles. It is also impossible to actually order anything as almost all the items on my Wish List is out of Stock, Basically not a single DVD or Puzzle I want to order on my Wish List is in stock, some of these items have been out of stock for almost 6 months now!!

It seems Takealot has no interest in actually getting stock of these items again or actually assisting Customers with Queries. Think I will be doing my Online purchases elsewhere.....if they want to lose clients this is definitely the way to go about it.
