Pathetic customer Service

I complained previously about bad service experienced by a driver which we were told it will be addressed. 2 months later the same driver rocks up for a return collection and I receive the same bad service. clearly takealot.com is not interested in their image in the street. I have no problem returning my last order and never supporting a company not worried about their image again
