Pathetic Customer Service and Return Process

I purchased a Samsung S6 from take alot.com - I returned the cellphone on the 15th April 2016, nine months after i had purchased the item due to a defective battery. It is now the 17th May 2016 and i have had nothing but appalling assistance with the return. First according to the 'return policy' take alot supposedly endeavours to provide the "best possible service" - i hope they remove this as the only service one gets it putrid! Second i was quoted from a consultant an amount that i was told to pay for a battery that is under a 12 month warranty. I think some training on simple mathematics needs to be introduced to customer service staff since 12 months minus 9 months equals 3. I then called them to advise them that the battery is under warranty even though i am the client returning the product. Third i received notification from another consultant that my cellphone will be available for collection on Monday the 16th May 2016, it is Tuesday the 17th May and guess what??? I do not have my cellphone, broken promises is the worst possible thing a business can deliver to a client. Fourth, an IAN calls me today to advise that the cellphone will be available for collection today and that his colleagues were miss-informed (whistle blowing??? or incompetency!!!). Well it is yet not a surprise i received no further feedback and i am still left without a cellphone! Sickening service from these people. Lastly no one cares, you can escalate the matter but take alot has gone to the dumps. I am done being a loyal client and will take my business elsewhere and suggest every other consumer does the same. What is the use of the 21 day clause in the returns policy where a client will be contacted for a refund or credit??? It has been over 30 days that I am without my cellphone. Your company is really heading in the wrong direction. Please have a Director, Manager, CEO or someone with authority contact me.
