Pathetic customer service and product t delivery turn around time

Worst service that I have ever recieved from an online company. After having to call them back (when they said they will get back to me) ample amount of times, I could still not get my problem resolved. Ordered a watch online that was stocked and available in their JHB warehouse and I had a turn around expected delivery time of 8+ days. Not one person could assist me in shortening this time or even trying to do so. Consultant that helped me (Xolile) could not take my call when I called them back because be was "going on lunch". I'm yet to get feedback as ALL the decision maker in the company are apparently busy ...... unbelievably pathetic customer service !
