Pathetic customer service and inferior service delivery

Paid for my order on the 25th August 2021 and paid for express delivery. Order was due to be delivered on the 26th but nothing was delivered, then without my consent it must moved to the 27th and then to the 30th. To date nothing has been delivered. I have spoken to a number of consultants and nobody can resolve the issue. I certainly will not buy from takealot anymore.
