Pathetic Customer Service

I want to express my frustration with the handling of my recent order. I initially placed my order well in advance to ensure it would arrive before my upcoming camping trip. Unfortunately, an error on Takealot part has caused unnecessary delays, and I am now being asked to pay extra to expedite the corrected delivery.

This situation is highly disappointing. As a loyal customer, I should not be held responsible for a mistake made by one of their employees. I believe it is only fair that Takealot prioritizes my order at no additional cost and ensures that the correct pump is delivered this time.

I expected better customer service from Takealot, especially considering the circumstances. Up to date my order still have not shipped. This is unacceptable!!
