Pathetic Customer Service

For the first time ever, I have received pathetic customer service from Takealot. My order was scheduled for delivery on 08 June, I received an email and SMS stating that I will receive my delivery before 5pm on the day. It is exactly one week later and I have still NOT received anything at all, not my delivery, not any communication explaining the delay.

I've reached out to customer care who took 5 whole days to send me two email responses, none of which telling me where my order is or the rescheduled delivery date. I would not be this annoyed if the item I purchased was not R4000. I even paid the extra R200 for delivery fee.

Pathetic is saying the least! Where is my order?
