Pathetic Customer Service

<p>I have tried unsuccessfully to contact Takealot all morning. </p> <p>I have phoned ********** 000 no less than 4 times, each time i get cut off after being on hold for ages. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent an email as well but it takes ages to get any response. <br /><br />The problem i have is I got an email stating that my product has been delivered, only I never received it. <br />This could be a simple problem or it could be very serious, but theres no way to know since I cannot phone anyone. <br /><br />Takealot used to be awesome but ever since they removed their contact number from their website it shows that good customer service is no longer their top priority like it was back in the day when they started out. <br /><br />Since it is impossible for me to phone you, please contact me. </p>
