Pathetic customer service

<p>I would never buy from Takealot again. This was my worst online shopping experience ever. From the moment I placed my order I had an issue every step of the way. Taealot just shifts the blame from them to the eithe rthe suppliers or the couriers, they accept to responsibility at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>The service received from the call centre agents and managers are pathetic. They do not return calls, they don't reply to emails.</p> <p> </p> <p>One thing is for sure I wonb't be doing any shopping with Takealot.</p>
