Pathetic Customer Service

<p>I bought a JVC TV from Takealot on the 26.12.2016 the estimated date for delivery was the 30.12.2016 no one from your office notified that there was a delay with my order i had to follow up with you guys I was told the matter has been escalated to the relevant parties and I am still waiting for proper feedback since the 30.12.2016. I followed up again today and was told you have received feedback from the courier department this is really unacceptable and poor service because the courier department is not saying what is the delay with my order. The service I have received is really pathetic. Can someone please tell me what is the delay with my order</p>
