PATHETIC Customer service!!!!!

<p>The one time i actually had an issue they could not assist. I am not happy about this! I placed this order on Sunday and called you guys immediately to ask if the shipping could be changed as it was urgent. The Agent said she couldn't change the shipping method(Which i know you can). So i told her to cancel this order as i placed a new order for the same item and got the Sunday shipping. Here i am with the item and my money was deducted. I refuse to go through any effort to try and return this, either you can fetch it or im not sure how, i want my refund immediately as i emailed you twice before it was actually delivered to get it cancelled, i was assured it would not be delivered, i want my refund by tomorrow, i dont care about the item, come fetch it or do what you have to, this is ridiculous as it could have been solved by the agent who was on the phone with me at the time. Listen to the calls or read the mails, Ive never called in to complain before but this is ridicule.</p> <p> </p> <p>After i called in for 30 min the agent gave me ****, they didnt solve my problem when it was clealry Takealots fault, I advised them when im available so the courier can pick the item up but yet they told me what they will do, i can only get my refund next week, This is a scheme, they borrowing my money. I spent 30min on the call with my own airtime with no resolve, Once again let down by south african customer servic. Thank you</p>
