Pathetic customer service

im getting pretty peeved off with Takealot. i returned an item 3 days ago and requested my takealot account to be refunded. im STILL waiting. ive sent emails and as always no reply. and dont try and call them...u hear 2 seconds of music playing and then silence and u just end up wasting you money.....their customer service is the worst ive ever experienced.
