Pathetic Customer Service
<p>I am missing an item that i ordered and paid for, takalot will not reply to any of my messages and refuse to call me back even after providing them with my information. </p> <p>They ignore mu social media request for assistance aswell. All i get is an email that states they are looking into it. </p> <p>I am really shocked with their customer service considering the amount of business i do with them. </p> <p> </p>

Im sorry, who exactly called me? No one has responded to me. Check your twitter feed. I held on with the call centre for almost 30 minutes and had to hang up.
