PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Pathetic customer service from Takealot.com I tried to purchase some Legos storage and Legos online on the 15th as it was on the blue dot sale and it seem to have not been going though it kept on taking me back to the shopping screen checked again the next morning and the goods was still the same price and it did the same thing and thereafter I tried again at 10:30am however at this time the stuff I wanted went back to normal prices. I then contacted Takealot.com on Facebook asking what can be done... I was told that they cannot honor the deal due to promo ended and the reason for the error was there wasn't any stock available and the available stock is at 20% discount .. It doesn't make sense that the stock wasn't available cause I actually still have it in my cart at current price... I did also ask them if they could please honor the deal and I was told a blunt we cannot honor the deal. Please can someone assist me with this...
