Pathetic customer service

Takealot has terrible call centres agents that are bringing down the business one call at a time. Placed an order this morning with two items that were on a flash sale. Proceeded to checkout, received a one time pin from my FNB app and proceeded to enter the PIN. Takealot site just circled and did NOTHING. Called the Takealot call centre and I was advised I should try cancelling my order and redo it. Did this but one of the items now went back up to normal price almost double the price. I advised the agent that I do want the item at the price I initially placed it in my cart for and the delay was not on FNB's side. The agent refused to help me, refused to let me speak to a supervisor due to EVERYONE being in a meeting. Said I cannot get the item at the original sale price and that its my own bad luck...his exact words. I had to proceed to buy just the one item only because I was in desperate need of a gift for someone. If I had the time I would have cancelled it all and never gave a cent to this business. Customer service is pathetic.
