Pathetic Customer Service

I use Takealot for every month for the past 4 years, I used to get excellent service from them. until a few months ago. My parcel is been delayed with no specific reason. The customers service have promised me one thing, but have not solve my problem at all. And have left me stuck at square 1, and have not answer my emails anymore, according to them the problem is solved. This is the worst customer service I have ever received from a company.
