Pathetic Customer Service

I am extremely upset with this company. I have ordered and paid in full on the 27/11/2019 for items, one of those items were out of stock. they cancelled the item and said they will refund me between 5-7 working days. I have sent several emails. they replying with saying that they will check up on it. I have still not received my refund. I think this is absolutely poor service. I will not be ordering from them at all in the future.
