Really a poor customer service and no accountability at all once they have taken your money. Order pair of LED globes and only 1 item delivered, 1 missing. Logged a query and unfortunately all sort of stories that the supplier not co-operating, surely you have signed SLA with your suppliers . Pity I paid upfront with the card , no more unless COD .
