Pathetic courier service ever

Pathetic courier service. They would lie that they have arrived at my premises on the app, but no one actually came not even a phone call. They take a decision to reschedule on the app “recipient unavailable/ unable to reach. Which is a lie!!!!!!! It is not the first time those lazy courier people do this they should stop taking orders if it’s too much for them!!!!!
