Pathetic Company

The most ****ty company ever, first time buying from them I got a Tripod when it was delivered I didn't even sign, guys didn't even leave the vehicle, ok that's cool. I got the Tripod, and I was happy to place it aside since I have things to do, used it about 4 if not 3 times since am always at work. One day using the Tripod I saw the 3 legs had a tap wrapped around them, so I took it out seeing no need for it only to discover that 2 legs were broken hence why the tap on them, mind you me it hadn't even been a month with this product it has just been 17 days. I returned it only for these fools to return it to me saying it's way beyond their 7-day returns policy, so basically, they knew the Tripod was broken but still proceeded to give it to a customer who paid for it because I needed it. Am sitting with a broken Tripod unable to do **** with it. So am I the fool here I pay for something and am treated like trash for my money. Do not buy from these people they are a **** and too full of themselves. Am throwing away this broken stupid product. They refuse to give me my money and refuse to give me a new one. What the hell will I do with a broken tripod, I would understand if I broke, that's on me, however, the fact that it was given to me broken and they don't even have the decency to acknowledge their mistake makes me sick to the stomach, not even a lousy apology acknowledging their wrongdoing. Worst experience ever.
