Pathetic company

I ordered items that were in stock including face mask replacement filters that I need urgently. I get a message saying delivery will take place on the 11th now all of a sudden only on the 22nd. Pathetic service and no one calls to say anything has changed. Takealot has slowly become useless and might not ever use this service again.
