Pathetic Communication and customer care

Should actually be less than a star. After trying to figure out the whole day what is happening with my order and requesting a call back 3 times I still do not know what is happening. Customer agent Zaid just does not answer direct questions and does not feel the need to phone you after asking x 3. So according to him parcel is being delivered today and according to Facebook agent and app only tomorrow. Pathetic!!!!!!
