Pathetic communication

Good Day, I ordered some items at the beginning of the month and have had to wait till the 28/07/2020 which was the communicated delivery day just to spend my day waiting for a parcel that never arrived, when I queries this which is not an easy task, I was told it was scheduled for the 29/07/2020. I mean really who's sits at home for 2 days we all have to earn a living. I then followed up again to confirm a time and was told anytime between 8am and 7pm. Upon further checking I found that the app says I e of the items had been returned to takealot.... Where is your communication to us the customer about our orders the item returned is the actual item I want the others were added for convenience sake...

If I could rate you minus 5 stars I would seriously pathetic service
